Designed to Flourish

the REED Collective

We exist to champion women and girls in their unique skills and Stories, enabling them to flourish and contribute with purpose

Why connection matters

Connection is more than being surrounded by people. It is feeling seen, valued and knowing that you matter.

Loneliness, isolation and disconnection can quietly erode our sense of wellbeing, confidence and belonging — limiting our ability to participate, contribute and flourish.

For women finding their place in a new community, rebuilding after change, or simply searching for meaningful connection, having somewhere to belong — and something meaningful to contribute — can be powerful.

At The REED Collective, we create welcoming spaces where women and girls can connect, create and contribute — building relationships, discovering strengths and creating positive ripples that reach beyond themselves into the wider community.

Because sometimes, knowing you have something to give is where change begins.

TO BE SEEN. TO BELONG. TO MATTER.

The one-degree shift from survivor to thriver begins when we discover we have something to give.

Sometimes change begins with something small — being welcomed into a room, learning something new, discovering you have something to offer.

At REED, we believe contribution can change how people see themselves — from someone receiving support to someone with something meaningful to give.

See REED in Action

Real people. Real connection. Meaningful contribution.

The REED Collective acknowledges the Whadjuk Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and connect. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and honour their continuing connection to land, waters, culture and community.
